I’m Katrina Delaney, a current member of the Pembroke School Committee.

I ran for School Committee because I wanted to bring my Educator & Administrator experience to our School Committee.

Pembroke’s residents elected me to the School Committee on May 19th, 2024.

I AM the 1st Pembroke School Committee Member with BOTH Direct Teacher & Administrator Experience in Public Schools.

I intend to…

  • Ensure Transparency & Accountability.

  • Work Hard to Improve Educational Opportunities & Outcomes.

  • Promote Innovation, Collaboration, & Community Involvement.

  • Build Strategic Partnerships for our Town & Schools.

  • Make Data-Informed Decisions.

Why I chose to serve.

My family moved to Pembroke in 1996 because of the community and great school system.

28 years later, as Pembroke Public Schools alum and parent, I am even more committed to enhancing our schools and our town’s fiscal health.

My professional journey as a Teacher, Special Education Coordinator, & Director has equipped me with the skills to navigate the needs, budget constraints, and diverse perspectives.

My experience in developing and evaluating educational programs, curriculums, and policies aligns with the core responsibilities of this role: budget, policy, and curriculum.

I aim to use a collaborative approach, prioritizing community engagement and listening to all viewpoints while keeping our students in mind with every decision I make. I will work hard to ensure every child in Pembroke has access to exceptional educational opportunities through intentional collaboration.
